The Ministry of Social Affairs’ initiative to reform the organization of rehabilitation services has generated many discussions and expectations – it leaves no one indifferent. I am among those who welcome the initiative positively. If the process is thoughtfully guided towards more person-centered solutions, society has only to gain. I have outlined my reasons for this belief in the following lines.
